Dipstick 2272 stands on two specially designed support legs. The operator simply walk the dipstick having on board computer along a survey line alternately pivoting the instrument about each leg. It can produce reports and graph to its screen and to the companion printer. Dipsticks 2272 readily measures IRI, Rut depths, Elevation profiles, Half-car simulation, California Profilograph Simulation (of any lengths), RMSVA,F-numbers (ACI) and Graphs etc. It is useful for measuring landing road surface's profile at airport's. It is approved by IRC for calibration of Bump Integrators and other high speed profilers.
