ROMDAS (Road Measurement Data Acquisition System) is low-cost generic system designed to collect road and pavement data using any vehicle. It can be used for Roughness Surveys, Travel time and Congestion Surveys, Condition Rating Surveys, Inventory Surveys, Moving Taffic Surveys, Transverse profile/rutting Surveys, ROW video and pavement surface logging, Recording location with digital photographs, Creating voice record which are associated with road attributes, Collection global positioning system (GPS) data including centerline Surveys, Collecting skid resistance data.
